Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Halo app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the application.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Halo for personal or commercial creative projects. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Halo Pro features are available through an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. Payments are handled via Apple’s App Store. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Halo is provided "as is." In no event shall Redmont Digital be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit, or hardware issues) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
